Last year I took my son to see the Three Bears Holiday Bash Puppet Show at the Swedish Cottage Marionette Theatre in Central Park and we LOVED it.
When I heard that the The Swedish Cottage Marionette Theater is welcoming back The Three Bears Holiday Bash starting November 13th, I wanted to share the news. The Three Bears Holiday Bash, is a variety show that celebrates the holiday season in song, dance, and puppetry. This production quickly becomes a comedy of errors when Baby Bear invites Santa to star in Mama and Papa Bear's annual holiday show. The audience also gets to join in on the fun with a “12 days of Christmas” sing-a-long during the performance!
Drawing from the stories of Hanukkah, the Night Before Christmas, and Kwanzaa, The Three Bears Holiday Bash is a great way to get into the holiday spirit!
SHOW TIMES & RESERVATIONS
Show times for The Three Bears Holiday Bash, beginning Tuesday, November 13, 2012 are:
Monday through Friday at 10:30am and 12:00pm, with an additional 2:30 pm performance each Wednesday
Saturday and Sunday at 1:00pm
The production will run through December 30, 2012. Please note the augmented schedule below for specific show dates.
November 22nd – Closed on Thanksgiving Day
November 23rd –11:00am and 1:00pm
December 25th – Closed on Christmas Day
December 26th –11:00am, 1:00pm and 3:00pm
December 27th-28th –11:00am and 1:00pm
